MIM Ombudsperson: Prof. em. Hans-Martin Fischer
Prof. em. Hans-Martin Fischer, an experienced and neutral former PI, assists both, PhD students and PIs, in the resolution of concerns and problems that may be encountered during a given doctorate. All information provided will be treated as confidential! If you feel unhappy in your situation and have difficulties in rectifying it by discussions in the group and with all parties involved, you may become active in order to avoid hardening of your situation. Hans-Martin Fischer is here to support and advise you in situations that are problematic and, if requested by you, a mediation between the involved parties will be arranged.

Our former Ombudsperson Prof. em. Hauke Hennecke has contributed with his experience, empathy, and negotiation skills to smoothing ripples and strengthening the cooperation many times.
